Ken started his career in Tokyo in 1979. After developing and mastering his own techniques, he left Japan and came to Los Angeles and then to New York to achieve his American Dream. Mr. Ken had owned his own Hair Salon in Hokkaido, Japan. However, Yumi (the owner) wanted Kiwa customers to have hair styling from him since she is a huge fan of Ken's style and technique,. And after sincere pleas, he decided to come work for Yumi at Kiwa Salon New York. |
